About Us
Allan J. Brachman received his CPA
degree from the University of
Illinois in February 1972. He is a
member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Our accounting
firm was established in 1976 to provide efficient,
expert solutions for business and individual accounting
and income tax problems. Our primary services include
bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, and business consulting. We offer
a host of specialty services to cater to the unique
needs of our clients. Specialty services include
certified audits, litigation support, forensic
accounting, as well as purchase and fraud
investigations. Allan and his supporting staff serve a
wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLC's,
and non-profit organizations. We are experts in the
accounting issues and tax laws that impact our clients.

Allan’s energetic hobbies include white water
rafting, horseback riding, and fishing. In his
more sedentary moments, he enjoys fine dining and
cinema (he is an Old West aficionado) and
collects John Wayne memorabilia.

located in Palatine, Illinois, a Northwest Suburb of
Chicago, approximately a 25 minute drive time from
Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. We
