services, as well as
comprehensive financial statement preparation,
including certified audits. The audits we prepare meet
all the standards as specified by the applicable
government agency - federal, state or local, or any
combination thereof. Audit reports to the federal
government are prepared in compliance with Government
Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of
the United States. The
audit reports are also in compliance with the
requirements as specified in the U.S. Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 Compliance
Supplement.
Non-Profit Incorporation:
We will consult with your attorney
regarding business formation, identification numbers,
and other set-up matters when forming your non-profit
corporation.
